How to quickly design a QSL Card with Powerpoint |
|

Here comes a "How To" easily and quickly design a QSL card using Microsoft Powerpoint. Within a few minutes you can have your card designed, mailed it to a photoprocessing/printing company and usually have the cards in your hands within 2-3 days.
I made a powerpoint file which contains the "master" for the QSL. You only need to load it - provided you have Microsoft Powerpoint on your machine - and can adjust it to your wishes and need, i.e. change callsigns, locator, operator data etc. You can also change the background colour and colour effects and of course you can put your own photos in.

Once you are happy with your design, you need to save it as a JPG file. That JPG file can then be mailed or uploaded to the photo processing company of your choice. (I use www.ifolor.de, no I do not get a commission from them) and let them do the number of prints necessary. A single 10 cm format print usually costs 10 Euro Ct, and usually the photos come within 3 days.
